Membership

Membership is available to people from all nationalities interested in participating in the activities of the Association.

There are certain benefits in being a member and, as with all associations, there are some responsibilities, including the timely payment of membership fees.

Membership Benefits

Membership of IWAK provides the following benefits:

Invitations to Newcomers’ coffee morning
Several interest groups to choose from
Monthly Meetings,
Monthly newsletter containing details of IWAK activities
A personal copy of the IWAK telephone directory
An expat guide book
Free advertising in the monthly newsletter/website up to certain limits.

Some interest groups activities have a nominal charge.

Membership Fees

The membership year begins on Sept 1^st and ends on Aug 31^st.

Payment is for a full year, except for new members joining from October. The annual renewal fee is due by Oct 31^st.

Membership Application

Becoming a member is easy. You can register at any of our monthly coffee mornings, newcomers coffee mornings; or you can complete the attached membership form and pay the membership fee (cash only in Polish zloty) at one of the meetings.

To ensure that IWAK is not used for commercial purposes and remains a social and family orientated group, membership is available to :

Expatriate women living in Poland

Women who are married to, or the partner of, an expatriate

Women who have lived outside Poland as an expatriate for at least 5 years
